THE AMATEUR GOLD TOUR FFE ESTHEDERM WON BY CAMILLE FUZEAU THOMAS

30 October 2022

After a jump-off involving eight competitors, Camille Fuzeau Thomas won the final of the Amateur Gold Tour FFE Esthederm. She set a great pace on Vahiné de Levaux, finishing with a time of 33"03. "If I remember well, I took part in the first Amateur Gold Tour here when I was a Junior. In a way, I wanted to take things full circle by coming back today. I'm so happy, especially since Vahiné essentially belongs to my whole family. It is really my brothers and my parents who take care of her on a daily basis," said the delighted rider, shortly after her victory.

Camille Fuzeau Thomas has been performing well on the federal circuit this season and confirmed her good form in the main arena of the Longines Equita Lyon, Concours Hippique International. She finished almost 3 seconds ahead of her closest rival, Laura Rozier, who was second with After Still in 36''12. Nina Latour took third place with Valmont in 37"14, meaning there were only female riders on the podium.

The title of most elegant rider was awarded to Marie Demaison and her horse Gadget HBC by Esthederm, the sponsor of the event.
