Objective: the health and well-being of horses

On Friday 1 November at 6:30pm, there will be a round-table on the topic of "Health and well-being in equestrian training", organised in the conference room in the Equita Lyon Health Area.

Chaired by Professor Olivier Lepage and with the participation of experts such as Marc Damians, President of the equestrian health and well-being cluster, Dr. Jean-Roch Gaillet, General Manager of the IFCE, Dr. Emmanuelle Soubeyran, Director of VetAgro Sup, and Thierry Pomel, Head Coach of the French show jumping team for the French Riding Federation, the thirty-minute round-table will focus on four points: the involvement of the different institutions in the equestrian sector, the place of equestrian health and well-being in training, the difficulties encountered and the resources needed to make the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region a reference in this field.
